- Add reusable VideoLightBox (horizontal/vertical) and VideoThumbnail components; embed the VizChitra Short alongside the 2025 recap film - Fix quote rotator layout shift with a fixed-height, line-clamped box - Rework the feedback strip into a two-column layout (survey + quotes on the left, video on the right) with consistent Stack spacing - Fix Gallery cell on the schedule page only showing the first speaker for multi-speaker exhibits - Add ?day= query param to the schedule page (defaults to Conference) - Make "Speaker Dinner" span the full schedule grid like other shared venue-wide events, generalizing the spanning-row logic to OTHER slots - Rename Underline FLR 2/3 tracks to FLOOR 2/3 across schedule.toml Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
