Attendee guide: fix registration/start times to 8:30 / 9:30#407

The Registration section still showed 8:15 AM / 9:00 AM, contradicting the schedule (schedule.toml + schedule page) which use 08:30 registration and 09:30 start. Match the guide to the real times. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
