Description

Self-service tickets currently show Expires and offer Revoke even after their expiration time has passed. Show Expired and label the removal action Dismiss for expired tickets, so users can remove them from the list. Active tickets keep Revoke. Update expiration state every second while the page is open, and refresh the relative timestamp when a ticket expires.

Validation: npm run build passed against current upstream main, including Svelte checks with zero errors or warnings. The PR diff whitespace check passed. CI tests and both release builds passed on the updated commit.

Show Expired once a ticket's expiration time has passed and hide its Revoke action. Refresh the expiration state while the page is open.

Label the existing delete action Dismiss for expired tickets and Revoke for active tickets, so expired entries can still be removed.
