chore(ci): run the smoke test on Node 26 - #129

Node 26 became LTS on 28 October 2026 and Node 22 is on maintenance until April 2027. The smoke test uses only built-in modules, so this only moves CI to the Node new contributors have. Node 22 stays the documented minimum. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Node 26 became LTS on 28 October 2026 and Node 22 is on maintenance until April 2027. The smoke test uses only Node's built-in modules, so nothing is ported: CI just runs on the Node new contributors have, and deprecations in built-ins show up here first.
Node 22 stays the documented minimum (docs say "Node 22+"), since that is a requirement and not what CI happens to run.
ubuntu-latestis left as is: GitHub moves it to Ubuntu 26.04 by 19 November, and the workflow depends on nothing OS-specific (PHP from setup-php, Node from setup-node, Chrome preinstalled on both images).🤖 Generated with Claude Code
