Schedule deletable resources on StageUninstall instead of StagePrePreUninstall so create/update (and Deployment rolls) run before Delete+TrackAbsence. Avoids PVC pvc-protection deadlocks when volume identity changes on upgrade (Helm-like order). Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
