The value uses a similar format as Handler.php in MediaWiki, namely "@<UNIX timestamp>". The timestamp corresponds to that of Aug 31, 2026, the day that the deprecation announcement was sent to wikitech-l. Bug: T431372 Change-Id: I973508f8218c37022be3653b736c5edece192e19
