• Deploy Plausible OR Umami on our infra (contributor picks + docs choice).
• Add lightweight script.
• Verify no cookies, no cross-origin requests off our domain.
• Public dashboard OR internal-only (contributor recommends).

• Script fires on every page
• No cookies set
• Privacy page updated with the analytics posture
