Summary

  • server.internal_api_auth now defaults to enforce: internal API calls without a valid X-AnimaWorks-Internal-Auth token get 401 internal_auth_required.
  • Every in-tree caller (anima workers, the host CLI via the operator token) already sends the header; log remains available as an opt-out.
  • The embed e2e test that drives internal routes without a token bypasses the caller check explicitly.

Test plan

  • Internal authz unit tests and the embed e2e test
  • Reference regenerated and translated; translate.py all --check passes

server.internal_api_auth now defaults to "enforce". Anima processes and
host CLI runs already send the internal auth header (per-process token or
the operator token file), so unauthenticated calls to /api/internal/* are
rejected with 401 instead of only being logged. Set the value to "log" to
go back to the old behaviour.
