Free result sets promptly and cut avoidable per-transaction garbage in the execute hot loop, reducing GC pressure during long/high-concurrency runs. - Close ResultSets via try-with-resources in the execute hot loop, in runExplainAnalyse, and in the pg_stat collectors, so buffers are released promptly instead of lingering on cached PreparedStatements. - Remove the dead pg_prepared_statements collection (was flagged TODO-remove and duplicated into every query's JSON entry). - Precompute Query.isReturningQuery once instead of calling PreparedStatement.toString() on every execution. - Allocate the expression-context map in generateParameterValues lazily, avoiding a throwaway HashMap per execution for queries without reference/expression bindings. --- _automated · Claude Code (Opus 4.8)_ Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
