Added two new tests to stack module. `order_of_ui_stack_roots_should_be_preserved_between_frames` inserts marker components to cause a table move, then checks that the order hasn't changed.

Renamed the `root_nodes` parameter and others to use a `stack_roots` vocabulary instead. The root of these stacks isn't necessarily a root node.
