This PR deprecates
PWR010,PWR033,RMK001,RMK002,RMK003,RMK007,RMK008, andRMK009. These checks were deprecated because they overlap with other checks or are too broad and are covered in better detail elsewhere in the catalog. The deprecated checks were moved to aDeprecated/folder. Links were updated to avoid breaking navigation, and automatic redirects were added from the old URLs to the new locations.
