EIP-7778 Exploration (Glamsterdam)
I cleared storage and got a refund — why does the block still count the full gas? The widget runs a clear, a rewrite, and a restore, and shows what you pay next to what the block counts. On Glamsterdam the clear splits. On Fusaka the two figures match.
