…ibute_ml's SQLite foreign key schema.yaml declares ezcontentclass_attribute_ml_lang_fk with onUpdate: CASCADE, and the MySQL and PostgreSQL baselines have it, but the SQLite one only had ON DELETE CASCADE. The schema parity test reports it on SQLite's fresh-install scenario.

Description:
The SQLite baseline's
ezcontentclass_attribute_ml_lang_fklackedON UPDATE CASCADE, whichschema.yamldeclares and the MySQL/PostgreSQL baselines have. So on SQLite, an install through Doctrine Migrations ended up with a different foreign key than one throughSchemaBuilderEvent. ibexa/test-core#68's alignment test reports it on the migrations run; with this fix, that run comes out clean.#785 isn't released yet, so this fixes the baseline itself rather than adding a migration.
Core's own CI has no integration suite on the migrations path yet, so the alignment test doesn't run here. Core's tables get checked by the packages that run it, ibexa/taxonomy#465 for now.
