react-aria and react-aria-components move together, pinned exactly
Stacked on #4011.
react-aria-componentspins its ownreact-ariadependency to one exact version per release. With a caret on our side, the next resolution picked 1.21.0, which pins 3.52.0, next to our 3.51.0: two copies ofreact-aria, each with its own React contexts, and the tooltip trigger wiring breaks silently (seen in the downstream mirror).react-aria-components1.21.0,react-aria3.52.0, the pair a release ships together; bump the two in one go and checkpnpm why react-ariashows one version
