Thanks for the update! Structural review is clean — no keys removed, all {0}/{1} placeholders preserved, escaping intact, and the 13 new signing-engine keys are correctly translated in both files.
A couple of things before merging:
zh_CN terminology (please keep mainland-standard terms). The Simplified file (messages_zh_CN) has been re-translated for ~73% of strings (337/461, vs. only 38 in zh_TW), and the new text uses Traditional/Taiwan terminology converted to simplified characters. For mainland zh_CN users this is a regression from the previous standard terms, e.g.:
- 凭证 → please keep 证书 (certificate)
- 签章 / 签署 → please keep 签名 (signature / signing)
- 拥有者 → please keep 所有者 (owner)
Keystore/keystore/KeyStore(now untranslated and inconsistently capitalized) → please keep 密钥库- also: 查看→视图, 层级→级别, 政策→策略, 注解/注记→注释
Could the zh_CN translation stay in mainland Simplified Chinese conventions rather than Taiwan terminology? The zh_TW file is the right place for the Taiwan terms.
I've left an inline note on one concrete typo as well.

Typo: OSCP should be OCSP. The English source is TSA/OCSP/CRL.
