Nice one! Left a few comments throughout for correction or debate 😄
A few ticket items live outside the diff, so no inline suggestions possible. Flagging to decide: this PR or follow-up.
- Spain, Acta de la Última junta row (L87): the ticket Fix (remove "Only applies to homeowners associations." so it covers associations too) isn't applied — needs a direct edit.
- Sourcing on existing rows: the ticket's "Also" items for FR/BE/ES/IT ask for "Retrieved by Swan" / "Provided by the account holder" on every row — currently only the new rows have it.
- "end user": 17 instances across the six pages (deprecated per the ticket checklist), only 4 of them in the diff — needs a page-wide sweep rather than per-line fixes.
- Drive-by while you're in the file:
france.mdxL54 (Companies) has "Proofs of address of UBOs" → "Proof".
